I would go here again and again! The cupcakes taste amazing & such Excellent Customer service! For a more detailed answer, I had to get cupcakes for my daughter's birthday a few days ago. It was last minute so I called to see if they had the amount of cupcakes I needed. They picked up the phone immediately and advised they did and invited me to come by the shop...and I'm so happy I did. I wanted to go to a local shop vs a grocery store chain. I can tell these cupcakes are filled with love! I can't wait to go back!

Went this morning ready to place an order for a birthday cake. Was told to put the order through email. Not a problem with that. Understandable. I show the guy “helping” me and showed him a couple of photos of what need. Right away he said, “That’s gonna be expensive”, as if i cant afford it. I went in ready to order. Never asked for prices or anything. Its for my daughter and i’ll spend whatever i have to for her. So, rude and disrespectful!! I honestly felt discriminated. My daughter was the one that found this bussiness through IG. Thats why i went, excited and ready. Only to leave upset out of that place. Fix your manners! Update: Thank you for your response. Im very well aware every business has cameras. Very important. The person trying to suggest ways to save could have started with, “may i suggest”. Not with, “thats gonna be expensive”. People pay for custom orders to have every detail taken care of. You can check the camera and mainly the audio. He mentions i should order from Amazon the top decoration. Maybe to save money, but he never adviced of saving myself money. I will not lift a finger if in paying for a custom made cake. Do you guys always do that??? . The discri

My sister recommended them since they made the cake for my godbaby party. I sent over an inspo photo and my cake was made PERFECTLY and everyone LOVED IT. I’ll definitely will return again. THANK YOU.

I had a great experience with Sugar from the heart! I had a very specific idea of what I wanted and sent a couple reference photos. The theme was “Death to my Thirties” and I wanted a dark, gothic, and elegant vibe. They created a beautiful cake and helped me choose the best flavor combo. Everyone loved the cake and it definitely made the impact I wanted for the party. The pricing was very fair and I couldn’t have been more happy with the results! Highly recommend!

I ordered a custom unicorn cake and there aren't enough words to express how perfect it was. Not only was it gorgeous but it was absolutely delicious. I have bought cupcakes from them in the past that were also incredible. From the minute you walk in you can tell how much they love baking and it shows in their products. Everyone that works there is incredibly friendly and helpful. This is by far the best bakery I have ever been to and I will never go anywhere else.
